If you’re already a merchant, the fastest way for us to help is to include your store name, connector (e.g. Shopify, Xero) and a recent plan or order number in your message.

Customer support

If you’re on a Flexilay plan with a business, your first point of contact is usually the merchant you purchased from. They can help with:

  • • Questions about your order, booking or project
  • • Changing or cancelling what you have purchased
  • • When goods or services will be provided

Flexilay provides the payment-scheduling tools the merchant uses. If you’re having trouble logging into your Flexilay plan, updating card details or understanding the schedule on your plan, you can contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
