If you’re a customer, your payment plan is managed by the merchant you purchased from. If you’re a merchant, FlexiLay support can help you with onboarding, integrations, and platform setup.

Important: Your payment plan is an agreement between you and the merchant you made the purchase or invoice with. For questions about your order, invoice, fulfilment, refunds, or plan terms, please contact the store or business directly.
FlexiLay provides the payment scheduling platform and supports merchants using the system.
Payments are processed via Stripe. FlexiLay does not hold customer funds.

FlexiLay support is for merchants using the platform. We help with onboarding, Stripe connection, integrations, invoice linking, and merchant dashboard functionality.

Please contact the merchant you made the purchase or invoice with first. If they need assistance locating or managing the plan in the platform, they can contact FlexiLay merchant support.
